Kanye West: 'I'm The Smartest Celebrity... I'm Not Britney Spears'
A court transcript from Kanye West's case over his recent pap scrap have been revealed - with the Bound 2 rapper coming out with some classic comments.
TMZ have obtained a copy of Yeezy's deposition after he swore under oath, following paparazzo Daniel Ramos' claims that he was assaulted by the star at LAX airport last summer.
The star is quoted as telling the snapper's lawyer Nate Goldberg: "I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f***ing dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears."
Goldberg then recited a lyric from Kayne's song Flashing Lights, which read: "Till I get flashed by the paparazzi, damn, these ni**as got me."
West then interrupts and says: "You have to ask for a hall pass. You can't just say the 'n' word around me. It offends me because you're a white person saying 'ni**a.'"
Mr Kim Kardashian then says he believes there are similarities between blacks fighting for civil rights in the 1960s and celebs fighting for their rightstoday, stating:"I mean in the '60s people used to hold up 'Die N****r' signs when my parents were in the sit-ins also."
Goldberg then asks if he equates the past struggle of black people to those in the public eye today, to which Yereplies: "Yes, 100 ... I equate it to discrimination. I equate it to inequalities.
[related]Kanye goes on: "We, as group of minorities here in L.A., as celebrities have to ban together to influence guys like this - guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the check."
The 37-year old is also extremely sarcastic in the deposition, and when asked where he lives, he simply responds: "Earth."
West was sentenced to two years probation, 250 hours community service and was ordered to attend anger management sessions after entering a no contest plea to amisdemeanour count of battery against the snapper.
