As we all know by now, Kanye West is a man who always likes to surprise us… and last night was no exception!

Yeezy took over prestigious music venue KoKo in Camden for a surprise gig (March 3), with the show only announced a 7pm over social media.

[related]Doors opened at 11pm, but the man himself didn’t actually emerge on stage until 1am, where he was joined by the likes of US stars Big Sean and Raekwon, plus London grime MCs Skepta, JME, Meridian Dan and Novelist.

Fans were not left disappointed by Yeezy’s set, with the Only Onerapper playing some of his biggest hits, including Power, Can’t Tell Me Nothing and All Of The Lights, as well as new single, All Day - which kicked off and ended his gig.

West also took the time to premiere brand new material, such as U Mad featuring Vic Mensa, which is to be taken from his forthcoming LP, So Help Me God.

His special guests all took their turns in performing their own tracks - much to the delight of the crowd who couldn’t believe their luck that they’d landed tickets!

Here’s some of the best social media reactions below:

Kanye gig was incredible. BBK a full part of the show. Novelist, Skepta, JME and Meridian Dan got their own spots in Ye's set.
