Kanye West's lawyers have issued a statement regarding a sex tape allegedly featuring the rapper, claiming it was stolen from his computer.
As we previously reported, Yeezy was said to be 'freaking out' over the footage - which was was shot in a hotel room with an 18-year old, who bares a resemblance to girlfriend Kim Kardashian - and is said to have been filmed before he started dating the socialite.
According to All Hip-Hop, West's lawyers claim the footage violates The Throne star's "rights of privacy and publicity" and issued a cease and desist notice on Sunday (23rd September).
They also said in a statement that "the screen shot, as well as the tape from which the screen shot was taken, were illegally obtained and [are] believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer.
"We hereby demand that you... immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained screen shot of Mr West."
There is thought to be a high demand for the sex tape, with Sex.com reportedly offering $1 million (£616,532) to buy the video and Kanye's lawyers are apparently seeking any information on who is shopping the footage.
