Kanye West could follow in the footsteps of his pal Jay-Z by featuring at next year's Glastonbury Festival.

According to the Festival organiser Michael Eavis, the College Dropout has already been asked to play and could join The Ting Tings - who are already confirmed.

Eavis told the Daily Mirror: "We'll keep the Pyramid Stage traditional [but] we've asked Kanye West to play the Other Stage and The Ting Tings are confirmed."

Reports also suggest that legendary music star Prince was being eyed but is "too expensive" and Dolly Parton refused the invite.
