Kanye West's Cruel Winter Album 'Not Happening'

Rumours of a new Kanye West album Common.

The rapper has claimed that reports suggesting Yeezy was to release a follow-up to his 2012 LP Big Sean, who strongly indicated that West's fans could expect a new album from the hip-hop icon before Spring this year.

He told DJ Semtex back in November: "Oh God. Swerve. Yeah, you're gonna get it. You gotta wait and see man, I don't know. It can't be Cruel Spring. It's gotta be in a timely fashion.

"I know I did something for it, for Cruel Winter, and I was like 'Godammit, I need to cut this for my album because it's really good'."
