The Irish Daily Star has become the second publication to print pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge topless on holiday.
Today's edition of the tabloid, published in the Republic of Ireland, included the now-infamous pictures of the former Kate Middleton sunbathing at a chateau in Provence, France.
And Italian magazine Chi has also signalled its intention to publish the images - which were taken using a long lens.
The Irish paper is a joint venture between that country's Independent News and Media and the UK's Northern and Shell - which publishes the Daily Star here. The pictures will not run in the UK paper.
The Italian magazine is published by Silvio Berlusconi's Mondadori group and its editor issued a defiant statement.
"The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical," claimed Alfonso Signorini.
"This is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love."
St James's Palace is taking legal action against the French edition of Closer magazine, which published the images earlier this week.
