Royal Baby: Kate 'In The Early Stages Of Labour'

The Royal Baby is finally on the way, withPrince William do not know the sex of their first child, who will be the third in line to the throne.

 

BBC's Nick Whitehall has since added that there was likely to be no more news until the official announcement of the tot's birth.

 

 

This will happen once the Queen, Royal Family and the Middletons have been informed of the new arrival and an official will be seen leaving the hospital with a piece of paper baring the announcement.

 

An easel - the same one used for William's birth - will then be placed outside Buckingham Palace confirming the news, with the baby's gender, exact time of birth and weight revealed shortly after.

 

However, some reports have suggested it could be up to 10 days before the public find out the name of the child.
