Kate Moss Is Going To Be On Telly Again Because Gogglebox Was THAT Good
The supermodel has bagged a cameo in David Walliams’ The Boy In The Dress…
Kate Moss has scored another cameo television role, following her star turn in last week’s Gogglebox Stand Up To Cancer special – but there’s no Naomi and Noel this time. Sob.
The TV show in question is an adaptation of David Walliams’ children’s book, The Boy In The Dress, which is being shown on BBC1 over Christmas time.
Newcomer Billy Kennedy is set to play Dennis – The Boy In The Dress – who discovers a whole new world of style after flicking through a fashion magazine. We assume this is where Kate comes in. Real life mannequin? We can only hope.
“We have put together a dream cast for this, the first of my children’s books, and for many still my best,” says Walliams. “It is a funny and poignant story about what it is to be different. I hope it will make everyone who sees it, young and old, stop and think.”
Meera Syal, Jennifer Saunders and The Inbetweeners’ James Buckley are also set to star in The Boy In The Dress, as is David himself, who is making the TV movie through his company King Bert Productions.
Can Kate’s latest appearance beat her dancing to The X Factor while Noel Gallagher serves up pickled onion Monster Munch? You’ll have to tune in to find out.
