Katie Holmes 'Used Throwaway Phone' To Plan Divorce
Katie Holmes allegedly used a throwaway phone to plan [uuid=cf2f03c8-94c8-4d9a-8428-d3fafe236b39]Tom Cruise.
According to the Nicole Kidman in a bid to avoid the same fate as the Sandra Bullock following her divorce fromVictoria Beckham.
An insider told Now magazine: "Victoria's been a real tower of strength. Katie's seen how a normal marriage should function by being around Victoria and David Beckham, so she knew that something was wrong with her relationship with Tom."
They added: "She and Victoria have been talking a lot. Posh has been trying not to take sides, but she has let Katie know she'll be there for her whatever she chooses to do."
Earlier this week, TomKat released a joint statement shortly before reaching an [uuid=81b05e8e-74af-40fb-bfec-f921c9fd28eb]out-of-court agreement [/uuid]regarding their split, where they claimed: "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests.

If Katie hadn’t signed up to remain silent it could have become a very messy legal battle.”
Holmes has since been spotted out and about in New York with six-year old daughter Suri, with Tom's spokesman keen to quash reports linking the 50-year old to his Oblivion co-star Olga Kurylenko, telling The Sun that the chemistry between them is "just acting."
