Katie Holmes has been keeping a low profile since her much-publicised divorce from Tom Cruise, concentrating on her career and children.

Or so we thought anyway!

But an intriguing new report has emerged linking the actress to fellow Hollywood star Jamie Foxx - and it's claimed they've been dating in secret for more than a year.

Tongues wagged briefly last year after Holmes, 36, and Foxx, 47, were apparently spotted cosying up together at more than one showbiz event.

And People reports that they are definitely an item, with a source saying: "This is not some intense romance. Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time.

"They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn. They're not about to run off and make some serious commitment."

Holmes has reportedly been spotted "spending hours together" with Foxx at his home in LA.

Well we think they make a nice couple anyway.
