Katie Price is reportedly suing ex-hubby Peter Andrefor £250,000 after accusing the singer and his management of leaking details about her private life.
According to Jordan - filed legal papers at the High Court last week, and is seeking damages for "misuse of private information” which led to her suffering “serious distress”.
The documents name Andre, ex-manager Claire Powell and her management company Can Associates and former pal Jamelah Asmar as defendants.
Powell - who still works closely with Peter - is accused of asking employee Nicola Partridge to compile an email which is said to allege that Price was on the “point of having an affair” with her riding instructor Andrew Gould.
Katie apparently believes the existence of the alleged email is a breach of their contract, with it also said to contain private medical information.
The court papers also contain a sworn statement written by ex-friend Mr Asmar, which Katie claims was arranged by the Mysterious Girl hitmaker's lawyers with the intention of it forming the basis of newspaper article.
Asmar's statement is said to claim that Katie had a "clandestine romance” with Gould and may have even conceived and aborted his child.
Despite previous speculation, both the 34-year old mum-of-three and Gould deny any "romantic or sexual" relationship.
Yesterday (10th September), Powell confirmed that Price had started legal proceedings, adding: "We consider that the claim is without merit. The matter is in the hands of our lawyers and will be defended vigorously.”
