Just when you thought Katie Price was mellowing out in her old age, the former tabloid fixture has reportedly thrown a diva strop worthy of Barbra Streisand in her prime.

The Sun claims that the model-turned-reality TV star pulled out of her scheduled role as a bridesmaid at pal Kerry Katona's wedding - because her dress was too tight following her recent pregnancy.

A source told the paper that 36-year-old KP attended Kerry's wedding to George Kay in a black and white jumpsuit as a normal guest instead.

"Katie was not even prepared to consider wearing a dress that didn't fit her properly," the mole blabbed.

"As soon as she found out, she pulled out of her official role altogether.

"Kerry was disappointed, but wasn't going to let it ruin her day."

Bridesmaid duties were fulfilled by Kerry's Atomic Kitten bandmate Liz McLarnon, Mel B's sister Danielle and her school pal Karen Belton.

The source continued: "Katie made it clear she was unhappy at having to wear the playsuit.

"She had a face on her like a bulldog chewing a wasp. She sat through the ceremony in silence and left straight after the meal.

"But there were no major dramas. Kerry and George were in bed by 11pm and weren’t even drunk."
