Rumours of a romance between Katy Perry and Diplo have been fuelled after they were spotted enjoying dinner together in NYC.

E! News reports that the Roar singer and the Major Lazer main man ate together before heading to the premiere after party for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Leaving there after an hour, they are claimed to have gone on together to the Up & Down nightclub in Manhattan's West Village area until 2am.

Although they then left separately, E! reports that they then "headed toward the same hotel".

K-Pez and Diplo were first linked after reports of them hanging out together and flirting at Coachella recently.

The singer recently declared that she is still single and "really deep on Tinder" in the wake of her split from John Mayer back in February.
