Katy Perry And Taylor Swift’s Feud Isn’t Over Yet, According To Katy’s Dad
Dun dun duuuun...
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll more than like be aware of the beef between K-Pez and Swifty, which started back in 2014 when Taylor spoke to Rolling Stone about ‘Bad Blood’, claiming that it was inspired by an unnamed female artist.
She said: “She did something so horrible … It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.”
The following day, Katy tweeted: “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing…”, adding more fuel to fans' suspicions that Taylor could be referring to KP on the track.
Then, of course, there was the actual ‘Bad Blood’ video, and Calvin Harris referring to the feud when he tweeted about his ex in a (very polite) Twitter rant.
Now, KP’s parents have spoken about the row, with mum Mary telling Grazia: “Katy released 'Rise'. It says, 'My feet have been put to the fire but I will rise'. That's what she's about right now.”
Katy’s dad, Keith, added: “You know it ain't over yet.”
Consider ourselves warned.
