Katy Perry Goes Celibate

Katy Perry says she will refrain from love-making in 2009- after recently splitting with Gym Call Heroes singer Travis McCoy.

She told US magazine TV Guide: "Ive taken a vow of celibacy this year."

And if you thought that meant she could still Kiss A Girl sadly she wont. Katy added: "No kissing anyone. Just my cat Kitty Purry."

At a recent concert Perry spoke about her split from Travis telling the crowd: "When you break up with someone, you move on you don't really want to move on ... but you have to because they don't give you any choice. She added: "But I'm over it!"
