It is thought thatJustin Bieber's 3D flick Never Say Never - will produce Perry's movie.
Last week, Katy revealed plans to give her fans the opportunity to get involved with the film by inviting her Twitter followers to interactively pick what songs she performs, even allowing them to help out with her stage outfits.
In a partnership with Paramount Insurge Pictures and Twitter, anyone who follows Perry on the mirco-blogging site can get involved with the project and see exclusive behind-the-scenes content from the film.

It is currently unknown when Katy Perry: Part Of Me will be released in the UK, but keep it MTV.co.uk for more news...
