Katy Perry has quashed rumours suggesting she's pregnant with her first child - insisting she just likes her food.
Reports stating that The One That Got Away singer was expecting, first surfaced at the 2011 MTV EMA, where Perry wore a tight-fitting pink dress which apparently showed off her baby bump.
The 27-year old then set tongues wagging further by stepping out at the American Music Awards over the weekend, donning another figure-hugging frock.
According to The Mirror, Katy also told her showbiz pals - Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift that she would be partying hard backstage at the bash, allegedly stating: "This is my last night of freedom before I settle down. Let’s make it a good one.”
Despite these accusations, when asked by Hollyscoop if she was expecting her first baby with hubby Russell Brand, the E.T. hitmaker replied: "Hell no!"
Addressing the rumours further, Perry told The Insider: "I like In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell and if you want to make that pregnant that's your problem. I still love drinking alcohol, so not yet."
Perry has made no secret of her desire to one day start a family with Brand, previously claiming: "I would love to have children. I think that's one of the reasons you get married. Especially to the person that you marry."
She added: "You think that person is going to be a good partner, a good parent. But I'm not sure it's time yet. We'll see, ya know? If it doesn't hurt the first time, I'll keep popping them out!"
