Katy Perry's new track Perez Hilton breaking the news on Cheryl Cole has revealed that she 'felt like a boy' sitting next to the singer X Factor.
The Girls Aloud star, who is currently in hospital battling malaria, reportedly felt 'unattractive' and 'unwomanly' next toRussell Brand's better half, despite Perry admitting her 'girl crush' on the 3 Words singer.
A source told heat magazine: “Katy has the perfect figure in Cheryl’s eyes. She has great legs and amazing boobs."

They added: "Seeing how great she looked made Cheryl feel like she’s become too thin. She even told a friend ‘I think I look like a little boy next to Katy’."
Chezza has since been advised to improve her diet since being struck with the mosquito-born illness.
