TMZ reports that Brand has given the Part Of Me singer his share of the £4million mansion in the Hollywood Hills - which they purchased together during their 14-month marriage.
Seeing as the couple did not sign a prenup, Californian law means that everything they earned or bought since their nuptials in 2010 is shared property.
However, Brand is thought to have filed a 'quitclaim' giving K-Pez ownership of their former marital home.
A source told the US celebrity gossip website: "It's all part of the property settlement between Russell and Katy."
The 36-year old has previously stated that he will not claim any of Perry's £12.5million fortune - despite being entitled to it.
