Kelly Brook Admits Lana Del Rey 'Fashion Crush'

Kelly Brookhas admitted having a "fashion crush" on singer Lana Del Reyin a new interview with Alexa Chung's, because I wouldn't be able to dress like me. But it's important to celebrate a range of sizes – some girls are naturally skinny, others are bigger.

"My body is a big part of my identity. Having a healthy relationship with my own style and sense of self is vital."

And the 32-year-old said that living with rugby player Thom Evans meant they could help each other stick to the right diet.

She explained: "There are no short cuts – you only get out what you put in. I've been out with a couple of athletes now. A lot of footballers and rugby guys I know are actually quite lazy and eat takeaways.

"I always want to be healthy for me. But, of course, living with an athlete means we both need good food to do what we do."

And she revealed some details of her own health and exercise regime.

"I try to work out a couple of times a week if I have time. Core fitness is really important, so I do Pilates or yoga once a week. I have to work hard on my stomach and the tops of my legs, and I do lots of cardio if I want to tone up fast.

"I could be a lot fitter! I don't have a personal trainer, but I do go running with my boyfriend sometimes."
