Kelly Clarkson Makes History

She jumps a ridiculous amount of places to top the US chart

Kelly Clarkson has remarkably jumped 96 places in the US chart to number one with her single My Life Would Suck Without You.

The singer has now set a record for the biggest jump by a single in American chart history after selling a cool 280,000 downloads.

Surprisingly its the first time Clarkson has topped the US chart since her debut release A Moment Like This- which came out soon after her American Idol win.

Across the pond Lady GaGas Just Dance now sits at number two with Beyonce's Single Ladies at three.

The song My Life Would Suck is written by Max Martin and Dr Luke who in the past year alone have created hits for Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Pink and Leona Lewis.
