Kelly Osbournehas spoken about [uuid=416bec00-0e3a-42d6-b59b-4ee6df15a181]calling off her engagement[/uuid] to beau Matthew Mosshart, explaining that it was wasn't the right time.

During an interview with E! Online, Sharon and Ozzy's daughter admitted that they still "love each other very much" but weren't ready to wed.

She explained: "You would know if it was a bad thing, you know me. It was a mutual decision. We love each other very much.

"It just wasn't the right time for us, and I think if we weren't as mature and adult than we are, then we could have gone down a road that wasn't really nice."

Osbourne added: "We're still really, really good friends, it's just we're not living in the same house. There's no dramatic story. I wish there was so I had something to tell people but no, it just happens in life."
