Who needs Trafalgar Square’s 20-metre high Christmas tree when you can have your own at home?

That’s what we imagine Kim Kardashian's sisterKendall Jenner was thinking when she flew back home from London last night to be greeted with a ceiling-skimming tree totally covered in twinkly lights and topped off with a giant star.

“Coming home to this… not too shabby,” tweeted the television star and model this morning.

If Kendall was surprised by the size of the shrub, though, she clearly hasn’t been paying enough attention to her mother Kris’s Twitter feed. Yesterday the “momager” posted a pic of her Yuletide efforts on the social networking site along with the caption: “Who else has their tree up already? Ours took a bit of work!”

As well as the densely decorated tree, the sweeping staircase in the entrance hall – which you might recognize from the family’s hit show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians – was also covered in matching red ribbon and fairy lights.

The Kardashian clan are known for their festive spirit. Earlier this month the fam revealed their fabulously OTT annual Christmas card -which was shot by famed photographerDavid LaChappelle -featuring Kris and soon-to-be ex-husband Bruce Jennerplus daughtersKendall, Kylie, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney as well as grandchildren Mason and Penelope.
