The Truth About Kendall & Kylie Jenner's Topshop "Collaboration"
It's not QUITE what everyone thought...
After yesterday's rumours that Kendall Jenner and little sister Kylie were teaming up with Topshop for a collection, all has been revealed by the retailer: they're "in talks to be the exclusive stockist" of the girls' existing Kendall & Kylie Collection for PacSun.
Confirming the news to Vogue, the Topshop rep said that if the deal goes ahead, the collection will hit stores in time for high summer.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, The Sun reported the following from their source.
“Kendall and Kylie have become hugely influential in the fashion world, so it's no wonder Topshop wants to work with them.
"They have a massive fan base of young girls and a reach of tens of millions on social media.
"Talks are ongoing, but the family are really keen to work with Topshop, who will give the brand a huge push this summer."
Model Kendall flanked the front row at Topshop Unique’s Autumn/Winter 2014 show, alongside US Vogue editor Anna Wintour, then going on to wear one of the high street giant’s creations to the 2014 Met Ball.
The 19-year-old also met Arcadia boss Sir Philip Green when she attended the British Fashion Awards with Cara Delevingne in December, with Phil said to have been “totally taken by Kendall” and making it "his mission to sign her.”
Meanwhile Kylie Jenner has been building her empire with her own line of hair extensions, also co-designing collections with Kendall for PacSun, and Steve Madden footwear.
With the Topshop deal said to be worth £2million, we're sure it won't be long until the Kendall & Kylie Collection is being stocked in a store near you.
