The model formerly known as Kendall Jenner has dropped her surname. From here on in, sister of Kim, daughter of Bruce and face of young America will be known simply as Kendall.

Kendall made the announcement by sharing her now edited modeling profile page on her agency’s website. She’s said in the past how her name has held her back, what with people automatically typecasting her as ‘Kim’s sister’, or whatever. Apparently she’s chuffed when people don’t recognise her, and has always been adamant that she didn’t land on top of mount supermodel.

We’re sure that complete anonymity will be provided by this change of name- or failing that we’re happy she’s made the move to distance herself from her omnipresent family.
