Kendrick Lamar 'Being Sued For Stealing Rigamortis Song'

Lamar may be in hot water as it's reported he stole the backing track for the hit song from someone else...

Kendrick Lamar is being sued by two musicians for reportedly stealing music to create his hit, 'Rigamortis', according to TMZ.

Eric Reed and Willie Jones III have claimed they wrote a song called 'The Thorn' in 2010, and believe it was sampled for the background music to K.Dot's 2011 hit.

In the lawsuit they've filed, they say Lamar took their music and simply added his own lyrics without crediting them.

They are allegedly suing the Compton rapper for a least $1million, as well as all 'Rigamortis' profits and rights to the song.

You can listen to Jones' The Thorn and Lamar's Rigamortis for yourself and decide who you side with.

Lamar is set to release a new album later this year, following on from the success of 2012's good kid, m.A.A.d city.
