Kerry Katona gave us the first glimpse of her new trim and toned figure has just four weeks after giving birth to her son Max. And her secret-she has ditched the now famous beef curry pub lunches for cereal.

The star showed off her leaner physique during an afternoon outing with husband Mark Croft over the weekend, and has vowed to regain her eight and a half stone figure.

The 27-year-old has already dropped 3 stone by eating Special K for breakfast and lunch, and starting a fitness regime at the gym in her Cheshire home.
