Billboard Music Awards 2016 Performance Round-Up: Kesha, Fifth Harmony, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Madonna and Stevie Wonder
Some amazing moments.
Last night, music’s elite gathered for the Billboard Music Awards 2016. Kesha, Justin Bieber, and Madonna were amongst the big name performers that evening, helping to create some truly incredible moments.
Here are our pick of the best performances from the star-studded night.
Kesha‘s Triumphant Return
The performance that nearly didn’t happen turned out to be one of the most poignant and emotional moments of the night. Paying tribute to Bob Dylan, Kesha gave a stripped back, acoustic version of ‘It Aint Me Babe’ which was quite frankly stunning.
It’s Britney, B***h
Britney opened the show with an incredible megamix of some of her biggest hits including Slave 4 U, Womanzier, Toxic, and Work B***h. Incredible scenes.
Fifth Harmony WERK the stage
The girls blew up the stage when they performed what is basically the song of year, Work From Home. Flawless.
Justin Bieber Doesn’t Need To Apologise
The Biebs put behind his recent barefoot park antics to put on an incredible rendition of his monster hit Sorry.
Ariana Grande Slays
Ariana treated us to two songs, hit Dangerous Woman and new track Into You. The woman is unstoppable.
Madonna and Stevie Wonder’s Touching Prince Tribute
The most moving moment of the evening had to be the beautiful tribute to Prince by his close friends Madonna and Stevie Wonder. The two performed Nothing Compares 2 U and Purple Rain.
