Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom has told paparazzi that he is not suffering from a drug addiction.
The NBA player, who recently [uuid=a25a2d1a-e512-4706-b0f4-457b96daa87f]left rehab after just one night[/uuid], is widely reported to have been struggling with substance abuse issues - leading to speculation about his marriage to the reality TV star.
Asked by a TMZ snapper if he had a drug problem, he replied: "Nah, I'm good."
He then smiled at onlookers and also responded positively to a question about whether he is in touch with Khloe.
He said: "Of course! That's my wife. Of course!"
There has been no comment from the Kardashians since Lamar left rehab.
