Lamar Odom Files A Response To Khloe Kardashian’s Divorce Petition
Khloe first filed for divorce in 2013.
Khloe first filed for divorce back in December 2013, but, despite the former couple signing the papers in July 2015, they never got final approval from a judge.
The Kardashian then withdrew the papers in October after Lamar was hospitalised.
She then filed for divorce again in May, to which Lamar has now responded in a Los Angeles Superior Court, according to E! News.
The site reports that he agreed with Khloe’s reasoning that ‘irreconcilable differences’ was the reason for their marriage ending, and that he lists the same date of separation.
It’s also claimed that Lamar is requesting that the judge does not award Khloe with spousal support, and that he’s asked for all attorney fees and costs are paid for by his ex, though TMZ reports differently, alleging that they’ve both agreed to pay for their own attorneys.
TMZ states that it usually takes around six months to get the court to sign off the papers in California.
