Kid Rock has escaped punishment for his fight with Tommy Lee at last months Video Music Awards.

The star had a punch up with Pamela Andersons other ex-husband during the Las Vegas show but police have said they wont press charges.

A spokesman for Clark County District Attorney David Roger said: "It's worth noting that Tommy Lee requested no prosecution relating to the incident, and there were no injuries to either person,"

Kid Rock simply told MTV news recently: There was a level of disrespect (from Tommy) and it got handled.
