Kim Kardashian West’s much rumoured second pregnancy was announced on Sunday night’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, as the reality TV star attended a doctor’s appointment, before telling sister Khloe Kardashian, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"

The 34-year-old and husband Kanye West have made no secret of their desire to have another child, even considering a surrogate, after finding it more difficult to conceive the second time around.

While the pregnancy announcement came in a teaser for the next episode of KUWTK, Momager Kris Jenner was quick to congratulate her daughter and son-in-law on Instagram, no doubt excited to meet her fifth grandchild.
