Kim K Prankster Speaks Out After Incident: "I Kind Of Hugged Her Legs"
Vitalii Sediuk explains the reasons behind his prank on the reality star...
Ukrainian-born Vitalii Sediuk has spoken out following his prank on Kim Kardashian at Paris Fashion Week.
The reality star was arriving at the Balmain show with hubby Kanye West and momager Kris Jenner, when Sediuk tackled Kim's legs, causing her to stumble.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the prankster has revelaed the reason behind the stunt.
The former entertainment journalist, who's known for his red-carpet pranks, says he chose Kim as she was 'the easier target' out of the group, and made sure he didn't go too far with the prank.
"I had a feeling that Kim would show up there because she is friends with the designer of Balmain [Olivier Rousteing].
"I basically came there just for them. I knew they were going to be the biggest guest of the night."
"If it was Kanye West, I would have done it like I did it with Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio,
"But with Kim Kardashian, I was very cautious because I know she is a woman - so I kind of hugged her legs. I already had a bad experience with America Ferrera. It's different with men", Sediuk added.
He told THR that the incident was to "bring attention to [his] protest", after he was placed on a no-fly list by US customs and border protection.
No criminal charges have been brought against Sediuk, who's also previously targeted Will Smith and Adele with his antics.
"I like attention. I like the show business world. But it's obviously not my intention to offend someone. It looks like I'm a monster, but I'm a normal guy", he explains in the interview.
"Well, what I'm doing isn't normal - but I don't have bad intentions."
