Forget the Maldives, Hawaii or the Caribbean - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have picked Ireland for their honeymoon.

The reality TV star and rapper are reported to have landed at Cork Airport by private jet yesterday afternoon - where they were met by a fleet of Mercedes limos to accommodate their team of personal assistants and bodyguards.

The Irish Independent reports that they will be spending five days in the country, writing: "It is believed the couple will holiday at a luxury private estate in Munster.

"However, they are also expected to spend at least a day in Dublin - and will tour some of Ireland's most famous tourist attractions."

The couple married in Florence on Saturday and are now apparently set to find out why Ireland is so green - with a week of rain forecast.

E! News reports that they are then expected to jet on to Prague for Kanye's stylist's wedding next weekend.
