Reality star Kim Kardashian was left covered in white powder after an unidentified woman pelted her with flour on the red carpet.
The Asian woman threw the powder over the 30-year-old star at the launch of her new perfume True Reflection, held at The London Hotel in West Hollywood.
According to TMZ, the assailant shouted 'fur hag' as she threw the powder. The woman was detained by security until police arrived and arrested her at the scene.
Kim opted to return to the event and bravely laughed off the incident, telling E! Online: "That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me.”
She added: "Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that's a whole lot of translucent powder right there."
A press release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stated that Kim has not pressed charges over the incident and the unidentified woman has now been released.

Kim has previously been the [uuid=cb814b8a-352d-4e18-befb-911cf515d31f]target of a PETA campaign[/uuid] but the animal rights group have said they are not behind the attack.
