Kim Kardashianhas made her first post-baby appearance since giving birth to her daughter North West on mum Kris Jenner's talk show.
After tweeting that [uuid=2a3d568e-2995-4af6-809e-1bba92e69181]she was "getting ready" to surprise[/uuid] her mum, Kim made her big television debut, which was a pre-taped video message courtesy of rapper Diddy.

In the short but sweet clip, Kim tells her mum: "I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person. But I'm just loving life a little bit too much at home right now."
The 32-year old went on to add: "But I watch you every single day and you are so amazing. You really are born to do this. So I just want to say I love you and have an amazing show."
The video may have left Jenner crying tears of joy, but probably left fans wanting more. It didn't show off any of Kim's post-baby body, but instead was a tight shot of her face.
Back in July, Us Weekly reported that [uuid=38765452-26b8-47af-a066-f4a7a1a72f08]Kim wanted to show off her post-baby body[/uuid] on Kris' show. That body, however, remains unseen.
