It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian and brother Rob have a slightly turbulent relationship.

And that was shown more than ever during the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when Kim decided to poke fun at her brother’s dramatic weight gain.

It was during the family girls’ trip to St. Barts when Kris, Kylie and Kim chatted about Rob (which isn’t too often since he has chosen to stay out of the show over the last couple of seasons).

Talking about his tattoo collection, Kim joked about how he covered an old design of ex Adrienne Bailon with something for then-girlfriend Rita Ora.

She laughed: “He covered it with a life-sized Barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll.

“Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he's he gained weight and it’s like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!”

Probably not the best time for that joke to be aired, considering it was only last week that Rob was ‘rushed to hospital and diagnosed with diabetes’, but hey.

Still, it's clear Rob can hold his own against his sister, judging bythisphoto of him and Kim he posted for her birthday not too long ago…
