It’s been over a month since Kim Kardashian gave birth to her second child, Saint West.

And while the star has already started on her mission to lose 70 pounds (YES, 70), there’s something else that looks really different about her.

Kim made a rare appearance in sister Kourtney’s latest selfie shoot, and even though we were probably supposed to be focusing on her AMAZING figure, people were very confused about her face.

Showing off a new look in the picture, it seems fans are worried that Kim’s gone under the knife, as her nose and lips seem notably altered.

In a second photo, the reality queen appeared more like her usual self, but still slightly different.

To be honest, with Kim’s dedication to contouring, we wouldn’t be surprised if this was just the work of a LOT of make up.

Also, with her hair pulled back like that, she could’ve just benefitted from a handy Croydon facelift.
