Kim Kardashian doesn't look much like a fairy godmother, but she still made a seriously sick fan's wish come true this weekend.

The reality TV queen took the time to visit a beautiful young lady by the name of Anissa, who had asked to meet Kim through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

In case you're not aware, it's an organisation that helps brighten up the lives of seriously and terminally ill young people in the US.

Posting a pic of herself with the beaming fan on Instagram, Kim seemed to appreciate that the opportunity to grant Anissa's wish was as much of a blessing for her as it was for the youngster.

She wrote: "Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!"
