It seems reality TV's Kim Kardashian is hoping to swap the small screen for the bright lights of Hollywood after revealing that she wants to get into acting.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Kim explained: "I would love to go into acting properly."

"I'd especially like to do an action film or a romantic comedy, I think that would be really fun."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added: "I had small roles before but I’ve had offers for leading roles and I’m looking at scripts at the moment."

"I don't have any regrets, even if you do something which at the time isn't the smartest decision then it's happening to teach you a lesson and make you become a better person."

The socialite also claimed this week that she 'doesn't need a man' as she is having too much fun being single.
