Kim Kardashian has filmed a cameo for upcoming film Ocean's Eight that is said to involve a jewellery heist, comingjust months after her own armed-robbery in Paris.

That's right, in a weird twist of fate, Kim's scenes could reportedly echothe night she was robbedof $10 million worth of jewelry at gunpoint.

Awkward.

Even though the cameo might have been planned before the Paris incident, people on the set were still pretty surprised when Kim actually showed up for filming.

A source told The New York Post Newspaper:"We were surprised Kim showed up for filming.She had seemed totally traumatised by her Paris robbery. But then she'll still appear in a movie that glamorises a jewellery heist."

At this point, it's still unclear what exactlyKim's role will be in the film, but it's sounds like it could be a case of art imitating life.

The cast of Ocean's Eightisset to include Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, and Mindy Kaling, with Zayn Malik, Hailey Baldwin, and Tyga also having filmed celeb cameos.
