Kris Humphries Seeking To Annul Kim K Marriage
The NBA ace has filed papers, stating fraud as one of the reasons...
Kim Kardashian's estranged hubby Kris Humphries is apparently seeking an annulment rather than a divorce from the reality TV star.
According to Us Weekly, the basketball ace filed his own legal papers within days of Kimmy's divorce announcement, requesting a separation from the socialite.
The publication claims that when submitting the paperwork to the Superior Court, Humphries ticked the boxes marked "nullity of voidable marriage" and "fraud" - and like Kim, said their date of separation was 31st October.
A source close to the NBA player revealed: "The reason Kris is alleging 'fraud' is because the other options were ridiculous."
They continued: "The whole 'fraud' thing is ridiculous. If the marriage was a sham, he was in on it. Did he not see the cameras or get a cut of whatever money was made? The marriage was real. It was just a terrible and unhappy one."
If Kris' wish is granted, the couple will avoid all divorce proceedings with a prenuptial agreement stating that all money earned during their 72 day marriage will be Kardashian's.
In other Kim K news, the 31-year old has congratulated her sister Kourtney after she announced that she was expecting her second child with boyfriend, Scott Disick.
In a post on her official blog, Kimmy wrote: "I have some amazing news to share with you all! Kourtney and Scott are expecting their second child!!"
She added: "This is such a blessing and the whole family is beyond thrilled! I just know Mason will make the best big brother and I can't wait to meet my new little niece or nephew!"
