Kris Humphries 'Wants To See Kim In Court'

Kim Kardashian in court rather than settle their divorce amicably.

According to Radar Online, the basketball player is keen for the reality star to tell the truth and is rumoured to have said that the only way to avoid a bitter divorce battle is for Kim to admit that their 72-day marriage was a sham.

A source told the US website: "Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath."

The insider went on: "Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should 'bring it on'. Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her."

NBA star Kris is also said to be angry after Kim showed her approval of a US radio show that criticised him.

During the Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg radio show on Hot 97, the hosts declared their approval of Kim's new relationship with rap star Kanye West, and called Humphries a 'nobody' on air.

Kimmy later tweeted: "Was listening to Hot 97 this morning! Thanks for the shout out lol! I love those guys!!!"

Radar Online reports that Kris thinks the move was out of order because he would "never support anyone speaking unkindly or maliciously about Kim."

Recent rumours suggest Kim and Kanye are already talking about tying the knot.
