A source told the US website: "Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath."

The insider went on: "Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should 'bring it on'. Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her."
