Jenner then replied: "Well, that sounds like, a lot like what I heard. I do know that how it started was this person got really a lot of racial, hateful, horrible things that he was saying. Apparently many times. Very hateful person. And I think that’s where it started. I’m not quite sure how it ended."
The Kardashian matriarch went on to add that she is still yet to speak to her daughter since the alleged assault, revealing: "I got wind of this last night because I’d been out of town, and I’ve literally been doing some press all day today and have not been home so I haven’t talked to anybody to give you a better update.
"But I think that what happened was that somebody got really out of line."
In other related news, a source has told RadarOnline that 33-year old Kim was "proud of Kanye" sticking up for her, stating: "'Kim loves that her man is protecting her. Unlike [her ex-husband] Kris Humphries, whom she never felt had her back, Kim is telling people that Kanye is a real man."
Officials are now investigating the altercation, with Beverly Hills Police Sgt. George DeMarois telling The New York Daily News: "Kanye was named as a suspect by the victim as well as witnesses. He had left prior to our arrival, and detectives are currently investigating.
"The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses."
