When Kourtney Kardashian kicked wayward long-term partner Scott Disick to the kerb a couple of months ago, there was much cheering and support from her fans.

However it now looks like the pair could end up getting back together, according to her mum Kris Jenner anyway.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, she said: "Scott is like my son.

"He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He's a great dad. They've got things to figure out."

Disick has had substance abuse problems over recent years - and when he went AWOL and was snapped with an ex-GF in July it was the straw that broke Kourtney's back.

Asked if she could forgive him for hurting her daughter, Jenner responded: "I don't tell her things like that.

"Because I don't think that's my place. But my kids were brought up to be very forgiving people. My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out and we'll see what happens."

Sounds ominous.
