Having been separated from Bruce Jenner for over a year, and filing for divorce just last month, Kris Jenner has opened up about what the future holds for her love life.

“I don’t know, I don’t have a crystal ball,” she told Giuliana Rancic on E!.

“I want to definitely be in love, I like being in love … there is no better feeling in the world. So ya, that would be amazing, for now I’m just happy and feel completely content with all of my kids and everyone who is in my life right now.”

Despite Bruce still wearing his wedding ring, Kris admitted that she feels she 'failed' at a point in their marriage.

“I signed up at the time for happily ever after and it didn’t work out that way,” she told Giuliana. “It makes me really sad. I feel like I failed at something because I wanted it to be that relationship for the rest of my life."

"When I realized it wasn’t then that’s when you realize you want the next best thing and that’s an amazing friendship (sic).”

Kris went on to explain her pain at the constant negative press which surrounds her and her family, no matter what they do.

“As hurtful as it might be, no one knows what’s going on,” she says, especially when it has to do with someone critiquing her as mother.

“When someone starts criticizing your role and your ability to be a good mom,” Kris says. “I prided myself my entire life…my most important role in my life is being a mom. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my kids.”

Meanwhile Bruce has been spotted getting a life of his own recently, as he enjoyed a night at Elton John's concert in Hollywood on Saturday (October 4) where he showed off his long flowing locks.

Somewhat channelling his stepdaughter Kim's hair do, the Olympic champ ditched the pony tail as he was seen accompanying a pretty brunette into the venue.
