Kyle Christie has set the record straight over the recent cosmetic procedures he’s undergone, insisting that he didn’t pay a penny for any of it despite it being worth £11,000.

Chatting to The Sun recently, the former Geordie Shore star explained that he was a little taken aback about the coverage his beard transplant received at the time.

“Everyone made a mountain out of a molehill, it went on Radio One, I was in the car and they were talking about it.I was like, ‘f***ing hell! I’ve had four years on TV and my beard has a bigger effect!’

“I got it done for nought, I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t pay 11 grand, it’s stupid," he said.

“I spent a year getting all this free stuff done and cosmetic surgery and it doesn’t make you happy, you’ve just got to love yourself. I’m not happier, I just feel more comfortable with my looks.”

He goes on to reiterate that he would never spend the £9,000 that a beard transplant costs.

“I had leftover follicles with my hair,” he added. “I got the hair transplant – and the only thing I’m not happy about and wanna set the record straight is I did not spend that much money.

“I would never, ever spend 11 grand on my looks, it was never that much ever. I would never spend that on anything on my face, I’m not that stupid – when there are kids starving in the world and I’m spending 11 grand on my face, that’s stupid.”
