Kylie Jenner Set To Be Questioned In Boyfriend Tyga’s Lawsuit
Kylie Jenner is reportedly ‘reallyupset’ about having to bequestioned in a lawsuit against her boyfriend Tyga.
According to E! News, Kylie will be questioned by the legal team representing celebrity jeweller Jason Arasheben, who has filed a $200,000 lawsuit against Tyga aboutan allegedunpaid purchase of a watch and chain.
The site obtained documents in which the couple are ordered to be available for questioningbefore 6th October, with Danny Abir of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP saying in a statement: “The examinations will be done separately and the line of questions will have to do with Tyga's finances—including source of funds used for gifts made to Ms. Jenner”.
If the pair do not attend questioning, Danny says the legal team will ask ‘for the judge to issue a bench warrant’.
A source also told the site that some believe the attorney may begetting Kylie involved ina ‘tactic’ to get payment, claiming: “Going after the Kardashian's is the only way he'll get what he's owed. Kylie is really upset about it.”
Tyga was recently ordered to pay $186,000 in unpaid rent, weeks after he settled a separate $480,285 eviction case with another landlord.
