Kylie Jenner caused a stir on Instagram on Tuesday evening when she posted – and subsequently deleted – a picture of her new tattoo.

The tatt was of a shotgun, inked on Kylie’s ribs, and given her 17-year-old status we were slightly concerned. After all, being tattooed under the age of 18 is illegal in the state of California, where KJ resides.

However, Kylie captioned the snap “Luv me some @badwoodx”, and any diehard Jenner fan would know Badwood is Sharpie tattoo specialist Nat Wood. Duh…

Badwood previously inked a gun on Kylie’s ribs back in January 2014, so the photo is likely to have been a #throwback, or Baby J is still considering the tatt as a real option – when she turns 18, of course.
