Kylie Jenner haspurchased a brand new property in Los Angeles for when she gives birth to her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott.

The 20-year-old will reportedly be raising her newborn in thegated community of Hidden Hills in Los Angelesand theproperty in question hasn’t exactly come cheap.

According to TMZ, building permits from back in December estimate the value of the property to be over $2.37 million, which roughly equates to£1.91 million in British currency.

The house boasts a 9,187-square-foot first floor and a 5,304-square-foot second floor, alongside a set of covered porches, twogarages, and a healthy-sized cabana for the swimming pool. NBD.

Kylie previously owned a $1.7m (£1.20m) in the same area, which also happens to be the home of celebrity A-lister’sMiley Cyrus and Drake.

This comes amid reports that Kylie is undertaking an online Lamaze course that will teach her the correct breathing and stretching techniques to make childbirth that little bit easier.

Kylie has enlisted BFF Jordyn Woods as her partner in the course, and is reportedly doing her best to remain unseen by the public until she makes her grand social-media return.

"As soon as the baby is born, she will make an announcement and introduce the baby to her fans," an insider revealed. "She will also address the fact that she went “dark” on social media and in the public.”
